How we work
Our methodology
Six pillars that guide every intervention — from preparation to the final report.
Thorough preparation
Before each intervention, we analyze available information about the building, the history of problems, and the inspection conditions. Good preparation is the foundation of a reliable diagnosis.
Appropriate inspection conditions
Certain diagnostic techniques require precise conditions: temperature differential, ambient humidity level, interior pressure. We plan each intervention to favour conditions conducive to interpretable results.
Calibrated and maintained equipment
We use high-precision measuring instruments: FLIR thermal cameras, hygrometers, air leakage test equipment, regularly calibrated and maintained. Equipment quality directly contributes to the reliability of results.
Systematic inspection protocol
Each inspection follows a rigorous protocol, adapted to the building and the problem under study. The methodical examination of the areas concerned allows cross-referencing observations and measurements, documenting anomalies, and investigating their probable causes.
Rigorous analysis and interpretation
Raw data does not speak for itself. Our expertise allows us to distinguish real anomalies from false positives, assess their significance, and understand their probable causes: thermal losses, air infiltration, or excessive moisture.
Documented and actionable report
You receive a complete report with annotated images, documented measurements, analysis of observed anomalies, and examination limits. A clear tool to inform next steps and guide decisions.
